Thank you for booking our Holiday Club at The Pingle Academy.

Please select FREE early drop off from 8:45 if needed or alternatively arrive from 9-9:30

We will have 2/3 groups running split roughly by age

Our Football Holiday Club runs on

Sports Hall + Astroturf

Please bring a drink, Packed Lunch and also appropriate clothing for playing football in.

Shin pads/Boots or Trainers,

Please make sure that children bring trainers as well as boots(if they have boots) as we do spend some of the day indoors but the vast majority of the day we are outside on Astroturf.

For Lunch's, please bring products that don't contain nuts.

Our Football Club starts from 09:00 to 15:00 with a late pick up of 16:00 available as an extra £3

Player Registration is 09:00 - 09:30 (earlier from 08:45 if requested)

Players will need to be signed in every day by a parent or guardian, please let us know on the day if a different parent or guardian will be collecting your child.

ALL PLAYERS ARE TO MEET INSIDE THE HALL FOR THAT DAY AS THE SIGN IN/OUT BOOK WILL BE INSIDE

If you allow your child to walk in or walk home by themselves, please let us know in advanced of this. This will be for children in secondary school only.

PLEASE LET US KNOW IF ANOTHER PARENT /GUARDIAN/GRANDPARENT WILL BE COLLECTING YOUR CHILD ON DROP OFF

Photo Permission's - Please update your Class for Kids profile if you don't allow photos so we know in advance, photos will be taken throughout the day and if you child does not have photo permission, we will use footballs/emoji's to remove their faces from any photos.

We have changed our Holiday Club that instead of players receiving a participation trophy for attending all week, every child will now receive a medal for attending all week and the chance to win a trophy with various competitions throughout the week as well as player of the days/week
